Wedge shaped supercars lend themselves to the droptop aesthetic particularly well. Especially if said wedge shaped supercar is a Lamborghini Huracan. The new Huracan LP-610-4 Spyder has arrived in India and can be yours for a princely Rs 3.89 crores (Ex-showroom, Delhi). Everything remains pretty much the same, save for the added street cred you get when you put the roof down with the flick of a button positioned on the central tunnel. The droptop mechanism is operable up to a driving speed of 50 kph.
The Lamborghini Huracan is powered by a 5.2 L, naturally aspirated V10 which produces over 600 bhp of power. The Spyder will be available only as a soft top which comes in three colours: black, brown and red and replaces the Gallardo Spyder in the ultra-niche, mid-engined, entry level Lamborghini convertible segment. The car weighs 1,542 kilograms which is just 120 kg over the standard all-wheel drive Huracan.
