We’re talking power-packed engines from the likes of Aprilia, sharp designs like the revamped KTM 390 Adventure R, and feature-loaded builds, such as the Hero XPulse 210, one of the most highly anticipated models in India.

Hero Xtreme 250R & Karizma XMR 250
Expected Launch: Early 2025
Hero’s latest 250cc pair—the Xtreme 250R and Karizma XMR 250 were revealed at EICMA 2024. Both get the same 250cc liquid-cooled engine delivering 30PS and 25Nm of torque. The Xtreme 250R flaunts a muscular, naked bike aesthetic with sharp lines, while the Karizma XMR 250 goes for a premium, faired look with sport-inspired winglets.
Both feature inverted forks, monoshock suspension, and petal discs, marking Hero’s bid for a premium feel. While these bikes are primarily aimed at India, Hero is also eyeing global expansion with them, especially in Latin America and Europe.
Hero XPulse 210
Expected Launch: Early 2025
The Hero XPulse 210, was unveiled at EICMA 2024. This dual-sport bike is powered by a 210cc engine from the Karizma XMR, delivering 25.5PS and 20.4Nm. Designed with serious terrain in mind, it comes with a telescopic fork, switchable ABS, and a 4.2-inch TFT display. In terms of design, it looks rather similar to Hero’s Dakar bike. When it comes to off-road friendly highlights, the bigger XPulse gets 21-inch front and 18-inch rear tyres (spoke wheels), 210mm/205mm (front/rear) of suspension travel and more. Although, not confirmed by Hero, the weight is expected to be rather light around the sub 200kg mark.
BMW Concept F 450 GS Concept
Expected Launch: Mid 2025
BMW Motorrad turned heads at EICMA 2024 with the Concept F 450 GS, a sub-450cc adventure bike ready to go head-to-head with the competition. Inspired by its big sibling, the R 1300 GS, this machine features a sleek beak-like front fender, a powerful inline twin-cylinder engine with 48PS, and weighs a mere 175 kg. Cementing its off-road credentials are 19-inch front and 17-inch rear cross-spoke wheels along with features like cornering ABS, fully adjustable suspension and more. What now remains to be seen is if the production motorcycle will be made in collaboration with TVS or not.
Aprilia Tuono 457
Expected Launch: Debut at IBW, followed by launch in early 2025
Meet the Aprilia Tuono 457, a sleek, naked sibling of the RS 457, unveiled at EICMA 2024. With a 457cc parallel-twin engine that pumps out 47.6PS and 43.5Nm, this street fighter combines Italian elegance with raw power. Complete with a bi-directional quick-shifter, ride-by-wire system, and three traction control modes, it’s a tech-loaded bike in a segment that has been dominated by KTM in the past. Can Aprilia’s new naked disrupt the influence of its Austrian competition?
2025 KTM 390 Adventure R
Expected Launch: November 14
KTM’s 390 Adventure R, revealed at EICMA 2024, is a rally-inspired upgrade to the already popular 390 Adventure. Its 399cc engine, new Dakar-style bodywork, and electronic aids like traction control, switchable ABS, cornering ABS and cruise control, make it more capable than ever. While KTM has remained hush-hush on the exact launch date and confirmation, reports from EICMA suggest a launch in the upcoming months. What’s more interesting is that KTM might also bring the 390 Enduro and the 390 SMC to our shores. While the former is targeted towards long-distance rides, technical challenges, and some road us, the latter is a supermoto which combines the best aspects of a dirt bike or dual sport motorcycle, in a more lightweight package. Royal Enfield Classic 650
Expected Launch: November 22–24 at Motoverse, Goa
After years of anticipation, Royal Enfield’s Classic 650 was finally revealed at EICMA 2024. Staying true to its iconic retro style, this 650cc beast combines vintage aesthetics with modern power, making it a dream for Classic fans craving a more powerful ride. The Classic 650, available in four retro-inspired colours, is expected to debut later this month at Motoverse 2024, with BSA’s Gold Star 650 already watching its back.
