Starting with the design, underneath all of that camouflage, the second-gen Kodiaq gets an all-new thicker grille similar to the one seen in Slavia. On top of this sits the similar-looking split headlight design with a matrix LED unit.

From the profile, the new Kodiaq also appears to have a redesigned D-pillar and a slightly upward kink in the window line. On the back, the taillights also seem to have seen a few changes.
