For starters, the biggest difference here comes to the front profile with a revised set of slimmer headlights and a new front grille, which is now more compact. It also features Hyundai’s new flatter logo which will be standard across all models going forward.

Coming to the side and rear profiles, the changes here are minimal with the addition of dual-tone alloy wheels and an updated rear bumper with a diffuser.

The cabin features a rather flowy and wraparound look, with a pair of 10.25-inch screens placed within a curved glass casing.

Under the hood, the 2023 Elantra will likely come with the same set of three engine options - a 1.6-litre petrol, a 2.0-litre petrol and a 1.6-litre turbo petrol.

But before you get too excited, the Hyundai Elantra was recently discontinued in India owning to bad sales numbers. We’re not expecting Hyundai to revive the moniker anytime soon.
