With a spate of big releases in the line-up, it comes as no surprise to note that Bollywood has ample to offer to its binge-watcher this year. Interesting narratives aside, here are five unlikely cast-pairings we're honestly excited to see on-screen.

Salman Khan-Pooja HegdeThe upcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisiki Jaan— set to release on April 21— features Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde in the lead. Age gap aside, we're kinda uncertain about how good they'd look together. The movie trailer is scheduled to drop on April 10, so here we are, waiting with our fingers crossed.

Shah Rukh Khan-NayantharaYes, you read that right. SRK will be sharing screenspace with South siren Nayanthara. The two stars have reportedly been roped alongside each other in Jawan— scheduled to release on June 2, 2023. The action thriller marks Nayanthara's debut in Bollywood.

Ranbir Kapoor-Rashmika MandannaWhile Parineeti Chopra was initially cast opposite Kapoor in the movie, schedule conflicts led to her exit. Rashmika Mandanna was soon onboarded as Chopra's replacement. We can't wait to watch RK and the attractive Coorgi lass together.

Sara Ali Khan-Vicky KaushalThe filming for the yet-to-be-titled movie, directed by Laxman Utekar, has been completed. While speculations are rife that this movie might be a sequel to Luka Chuppi, nothing has been officially confirmed as yet.

Ayushmann Khurrana-Ananya PandayPanday has been cast as the main lead in the sequel of 2019's Dream Girl, and is reportedly the latest addition to the existing cast. Come to think of it, we do have a hunch that they'd make a cute yet unlikely on-screen pairing.
