Salman Khan’s Long-Awaited Jacob & Co. Collab Finally Launches At ₹36.6 Lakhs

Bhai ka style alag hai—especially when it comes to watches

When Salman Khan and Jacob Arabo were spotted together at the Ambani wedding bash—posing for cameras, flashing megawatt smiles, and looking every bit the power duo—the internet went into overdrive. Fans began speculating immediately: was a Jacob & Co. x Salman Khan collab on the cards? That hunch got stronger when Jacob & Co. dropped a cryptic teaser post shortly after, suggesting a major announcement with the Bollywood superstar. Now, the rumours have finally turned into reality with the release of The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone – Salman Khan Edition, a limited-edition timepiece that marks yet another milestone in Jacob & Co.’s ongoing love affair with India.

The brand has been steadily building a portfolio of India-inspired watches. Back in 2014, the Astronomia Art Indiafeatured a hand-painted 3D dial showcasing national monuments like the Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, India Gate, and Lotus Temple. In 2023, the Epic X India Edition followed, offering 2D titanium renditions of iconic landmarks on a skeletonised base, limited to just 11 pieces. Things took a religious turn in 2024 with the Epic X Ram Janmabhoomi watches—two hyper-limited 10-piece runs depicting Lord Ram and the new Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. That same year, Jacob & Co. launched the Wonders of India collection, revisiting the Ram Mandir theme across four colourways, each capped at 11 units. These watches weren’t just horological flexes—they were cultural statements, placing India’s architectural and mythological icons centre-stage on some of the world’s boldest timepieces.

With the Salman Khan edition, however, the tone is more personal, less monumental. The 43mm World Is Yours Dual Time Zone is a tribute to bonds that span generations. The design was inspired by Jacob’s own story—how his father gifted him a globe-shaped watch to remind him of his potential. Salman connected with this instantly and chose to honour his own father, legendary screenwriter Salim Khan, through the collaboration. The result is a globe-shaped dial rendered in blue PVD titanium, engraved with rose gold-finished continents and a compass rose at its heart. Two subdials—a saffron one with Roman numerals at 12 o’clock and a green one with Arabic numerals at 6—echo the colours of the Indian flag. His initials, “S.K.”, are etched into the lower subdial, just in case the cues weren’t personal enough.

Where things get particularly interesting is the movement. Most dual-time watches only allow you to adjust the hour hand on the second time zone. But this one features an independently adjustable dual time complication—meaning you can tweak both hours and minutes separately for each zone. That makes it genuinely functional for places like India, where the time difference from GMT isn’t a clean hour but +5:30. The movement is the in-house JCAA14 calibre, a self-winding unit with a 42-hour power reserve, running at 4 Hz.

The caseback continues the storytelling—stainless steel with a laser-engraved world map and a custom “Salman Khan” inscription in the centre. The turquoise leather box it comes in is a nod to Salman’s ever-present turquoise bracelet, a quiet flex that fans will immediately clock. And yes, the price tag is what you’d expect: ₹36.6 lakh (USD $34,000). But that’s kind of the point—this isn’t about making a grand cultural gesture. It’s about a connection between two friends, two fathers, and the idea that the world, indeed, is yours.

It’s rare to see international watchmakers go beyond ambassador duties and craft something truly personal for an Indian star. The Rado Captain Cook Hrithik Roshan Edition did it with subtle tweaks—a bezel and dial combo that felt more stylistic than symbolic. But this Salman Khan collab with Jacob & Co. goes deeper. It isn’t just a branding exercise—it’s a tribute, a dialogue between fathers and sons, between Bombay and New York, between superstardom and sentiment. The world may be yours, sure—but this timepiece? This one’s unmistakably Bhai’s.
