In an era that glorifies hustle culture, poet and designer Pranav Misra chooses to go against the grain and savour life—one moment at a time—with a robust wellness routine. And he does it while calling the shots at his buzzy, hype-inducing label, Heumn. Is there a secret to his monk-like calm and unbridled creativity? We find out.
How do you start your mornings?
Pranav Misra: IA glass of warm water and chia seeds, followed by a hot cup of tea. An hour of my morning time is dedicated to reading. I start with the day’s newspaper and then continue with the books that I might be reading at the time.
