Did Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Secretly Honeymoon In Africa? Details Inside

This comes in the wake of speculations that the duo would be enjoying their time in Canada and Ireland

Following their very public wedding which was discussed, debated and devoured globally, the newly married royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seem to have pulled off a private honeymoon in East Africa.

This comes in the wake of speculations that the duo would be enjoying their time in Canada and Ireland. E! News quotes a source saying that the couple travelled into East Africa and visited more than two countries. During this time, they went on safaris and participated in outdoor activities and also lounged around in the sun.

“It was the perfect break and blend of their passions,” a source told E! adding, “restorative and the perfect holiday before starting a very busy second half of 2018.” It appears that a private honeymoon was always on the cards considering that their wedding was much publicised and had faced massive media scrutiny.

“Going somewhere they can bring minimal security too and not worry about people seeing them has been of the utmost importance,” another of E! News’s sources had previously shared. Royal expert Omid Scobie had been pretty sure that the duo would go on a trip to Africa, Elle reports.

Scobie had told Elle earlier: “Africa has played a huge role in Harry and Meghan’s relationship—it was the place they fell in love, the place they vacationed before the engagement and even where Harry bought the center diamond for Meghan’s ring.”
