So what on earth is Cryotherapy? And how is freezing your body to a -150°C a good thing?

During a whole-body Cryotherapy session, the body is exposed to temperatures ranging between -130 °C and -150 °C with cold air for 1 to 3 minutes in a Cryochamber.
