On the one hand, where India is suffering from this fatal disease, these matches provided some respite for the people. The result shocked everyone, as Anand is a Chess Grandmaster and Kamath is not very proficient in Chess. After this shocking victory, Twitter flooded with tweets, and social media broke out as to how come the world champion lost to a person who is not even good at Chess. This was an extensive query in everyone’s mind. Later at night, news broke out that Kamath’s account has been disabled for cheating. The platform used for these matches is Chess.com, which is considered one of the best online sites for Chess. They figured out after the game that Kamath used a cheat engine and won by unfair means against the world champion. After this, social media didn’t hold themselves back and lashed out at the young billionaire. Since then, he has admitted that he had people who were helping him analyze the game and was using outside help. Fans were happy that the site caught this act of cheating, and his account has been disabled.

Chess is a game of smartness and trickery and should be played in the same and fair manner. We are sure people like Kamath might have learned a lesson from this.
