Hard-driving blues rock on an ancient Korean instrument? Yes please

Let’s get one thing out of the way – Luna Lee is a genius. The Korean musician plays a gayageum, an ancient string instrument, and she plays the living daylights out of it, too. She specially modified one in order to be able to play modern music on it, and when you check out her cover of the AC/DC classic Back In Black, you’ll have to pick your jaw up off the floor. That’s not all – on her YouTube channel, she plays absolutely bitchin’ versions of Jimi Hendrix’s Voodoo Child, Stevie Ray Vaughan’s Scuttle Buttin’, Led Zeppelin’s Stairway To Heaven, Ray Charles’ Hit The Road Jack and Eric Clapton’s Layla, among many others. Watch. Now.
