There are plenty of modeling debut stories but Erika Packard’s is straight out of a fairytale. And we’re definitely not complaining.
As a teenager, the striking lingerie model was spotted by a scout in a Bandra market while she was grocery shopping with her mother. When asked about whether she has ever thought of modeling as a career option, she shilly-shallied as studying psychology was her first preference.
But thanks to Mrs Packard, who went on to meet the agent once again, Erika was eventually convinced to turn up in front of the cameras. And her pictures just prove why it will go down as a great decision, both for her and admirers like us.
Erika comes from a filmy family as her half-Irish father, Gavin Packard was Bollywood’s favourite white-skinned rogue back in the day. He had been a part of numerous 90s films like Mohra and Chamatkar. Unfortunately, he passed away at a young age of 47.
Gavin was close friends with fellow B-Town baddie Shakti Kapoor, whose son and DJ-turned-actor Siddhanth Kapoor was Erika’s long-time boyfriend. After spending close to a decade together, the duo reportedly parted ways last year.
So the good news for all you single men out there is that this long-legged stunner might well be single these days!
