Justice League is just around the corner, and we’re extremely excited to see Gal Gadot slay it as Wonder Woman. She was the winner of Miss Israel beauty pageant in 2004, and has since appeared in superhero movies like Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice and Wonder Woman. 

Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, she also has several other things about her that proves that she is great girlfriend material. 

She can fight in real life too

Gadot was a combat trainer for the Israel Defense Forces. Certainly, we’d like a girlfriend who can kick ass like her. She attributed her military training as one of the reasons why she was made a part of the Fast & Furious franchisee. “I think the main reason was that the director Justin Lin really liked that I was in the military, and he wanted to use my knowledge of weapons,” she was quoted as saying by Forward.com. 

She is extremely focussed

“I’m like a horse, I don’t look – I look at my path only. I don’t look at what my colleague has, or what my friend has got. I’m focused on my way, and then you’re just confident because whatever needs to happen, will happen – that’s my motto,” she told Glamour. Now that’s a trait we’d like to imbibe ourselves.

She is a great cook

“I love watching cooking shows, I can watch them for hours; I’m a good cook,” she told Glamour. While we don’t believe that girlfriends have to know how to cook, we’ll all agree that it’s a pretty attractive trait – be it in a man or a woman. 

She is extremely smart

Gadot once believed that acting was not really her thing, considering she was so smart. “I said, ‘I’m studying law and international relations. I’m way too serious and smart to be an actress, and besides, the script is all in English.’ I spoke English, but I wasn’t comfortable with it,” she was quoted as saying by W Magazine.
