SpaceX CEO Elon Musk had a little helper while he delivered a virtual presentation on Starship, a fully reusable spacecraft, at the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. Attending the video call with Musk was his 18-month-year-old son X AE A-Xii, who is rarely seen in public, much to the delight of the audience.
Baby X seemed to be a natural on camera, saying “Hi!” and making babbling noises until he was whisked away by someone. Though it was a brief appearance, it sure wasn’t something the attendees expected when they showed up for a presentation.
Musk and Canadian singer Grimes welcomed Baby X in May 2020. In September, the entrepreneur confirmed his split from Grimes after three years together.
