Meat lovers can dig into delicacies like the Aamada ginger-glazed pork ribs, Lamb shanks, Sea bass and Greek halloumi steak. Want to savour up a slice of the sunny shores in the Capital? Perhaps, the upcoming pop-up at the Perbacco in The Lodhi, in collaboration with Goa’s Avo’s Kitchen, would be ideal. Start off with popular favourites like the Local tavern-style prawns, Mushroom dangar cutlets, the classic Goan curry, Frango a cafreal, and Ambadyachi Uddamethi ani xitt udda, on offer, there’s ample to satiate even the fussiest of foodies. The signature five-course menu, priced at INR 4500 + GST per person, will be served only during dinner from August 25th to 27th.

VietNom launches a special dim sum menu

 

 

On weekends that call for some indulgence, nothing feels as comforting as a plate of steamy dim sums. In keeping with a similar train of thought, VietNom’s limited edition menu features a range of specialties like the Mushroom cheese truffle dim sums, Zucchini gyozas, Bok choy chicken dumplings, Chicken chili oil wontons,  steamed chicken summer rolls and the like. For seafood aficionados, the Truffle prawn sui mai is a must-try. The limited-edition menu is live till August 31, 2023.
