Why Ranveer Singh Is Bollywood’s Biggest Jabra Fan

We are sure that in the future, when Ranveer grows old, there’ll be a young actor who will pay the Band Baaja Baaraat actor a rocking tribute.

Ranveer Singh might have turned 32 today, but we are sure that the hyper-energetic superstar believes in the ’18 till I die’ attitude to life. While everyone is talking about his best performances and crazy fashion sense, we thought we’d celebrate his birthday in a different way and look at how big a fan he is of actors that he grew up on.

From Shah Rukh Khan to Govinda to Amitabh Bachchan to Akshay Kumar, Ranveer loves them all, and he isn’t afraid to showcase his love. Take for example his performance in Colors Screen Awards, 2013.

He enters with the theme music of Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, but soon enough, he starts dancing to Koi Na Koi Chahiye which was the song that launched Shah Rukh Khan. After that, he dances to more popular numbers from Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar films. You can see that Ranveer is living his dream here. These are songs he saw on TV, and fantasized about in his head. Now, he is getting the opportunity to perform to them, and he is grabbing it by the collar.

Then, you have stuff that he posts on social media. From the ‘Main Aisa Kyun Huu’ performance done for Hrithik Roshan’s bang bang dare to ‘Tuu Mere Saamne’ performance done in Switzerland’s snowy mountains, Singh nails it every time as a fan boy.

Probably his best stage performance came in Times Of India awards 2016, where he paid a tribute to Amitabh Bachchan. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the video of the performance.

On Twitter, Ranveer posted a picture of him with Akshay Kumar when the Lootera actor was pretty young, and not as handsome as he is now.

Then, there’s a video of him dancing to Govinda’s Ankhiyon Se Goli Maare.

And who can forget? His performance in Koffee With Karan, where he performed to Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla’s numbers.

We are sure that in the future, when Ranveer grows old, there’ll be a young actor who will pay the Band Baaja Baaraat actor a rocking tribute by performing to songs like Ainvayi Ainvayi, Tattad Tattad and Malhari.
