Emilia Clarke
The role of Daenerys Targaryen on the GoT show was a turning point in Clarke’s career. But it appears that exciting times continue to lie ahead of the actress, who is rumored to be replacing Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. Clarke has also been juggling three films i.e. The Amazing Maurice, The Pod Generation, and McCarthy. She also plays the lead in Marvel’s Secret Invasion.
Sophie Turner
Turner debuted in the industry with the role of Sansa Stark. Soon after the show, she was married to Joe Jonas and the couple is now blessed with two kids. After GoT, the actress did a movie named Dark Phoenix, followed by a few shows like Survive and Home Movie: The Princess Bride. In 2022, Turner featured in the lead on the show The Staircase.
Kit Harrington
Jon Snow guarded the wall until his last breath. The role won him numerous accolades and made him one of the most unforgettable characters in the series. Harrington’s upcoming projects include Mary’s Monster and Blood for Dust. In 2022, the author of GoT, George RR Martin announced that a spin-off series on Jon Snow is being worked on. Martin enthused that Harrington had come up with the concept.
Maisie Williams
Just like Turner, Williams also debuted with this show and played Arya Stark. Her transition from a fragile girl turned into a fierce woman will always remain etched in the minds of fans. Williams is currently working on films titled Salvation Has No Name and Sinner V. Saints. She also went on to do a few TV shows like Gen: Lock, Two Weeks to Live, and Pistol after the series. Another project named The New Look is another project that’s in the pipeline.
Peter Dinklage
After playing the role of Tyrion Lannister, the course of Dinklage’s career changed for good. He is now working on some exciting films like The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Hitpig, The Toxic Avenger, Brothers and She Came to Me. What’s more, he has lent his voice to narrate a docu-series titled How to Become a Tyrant.
