The Fast And Furious franchise is quite special for Vin Diesel, and the upcoming instalment of the film is even more exciting for him, as he will be sharing the screen space with his 10-year-old son, Vincent Sinclaito. The little guy will be marking his big screen debut with Fast And Furious 9, and will be seen essaying the role of a younger version of his father’s beloved character, Dominic Toretto.

According to Variety, Sinclaito shot for his scenes back in 2019. This role was earlier played by Alex McGee during a flashback scene in the 2015 film Fast And Furious 7. The film went on floors in June 2019 at Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire, England. After a few months of shooting, the cast wrapped up the film in November 2019.
The blockbuster was scheduled for a release last summer, but the date shifted indefinitely due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The film was initially scheduled to release on April 2, 2021, and then was shifted to a May 28 release. Taking a note of the current situation, Universal then decided to release the film on June 25, 2021. Justin Lin, who directed the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and ninth part of the films, will return to direct the last two instalments of the franchise.
