A celebrity broker from Bandra told Time of India, “The apartment has been put up for lease but has yet to get a tenant. Because of the pandemic, the property hasn’t received that many enquiries. The few interested buyers who have shown up have always enquired about Sushant Singh Rajput.”

He further revealed, “It is a beautiful sea view apartment and is ideal for creative minds and a good home from those who migrate to Mumbai for work. Once the pandemic ends and the world opens up to India again, we’re expecting renewed interest from expats and the corporate world, too. This house attracts people who like vibrations and the scenic view.” The broker added that certain prospective tenants have been put off by the fact that the house was earlier owned by Sushant Singh Rajput.

Recently, SSR’s last film Dil Bechara was also headlining the news when it was revealed that it was not Singh but a popular radio jockey, who dubbed the climax scene from the film for the actor. Aditya Chaudhary, better known as RJ Aditya, had dubbed for a few scenes including the monologue said by Sushant Singh Rajput’s character. He had to audition for the part, and spilling the beans about the same, he told Miss Malini, “I think how it all started off was after the really shocking and unfortunate death of Sushant. Nobody could have ever thought that would happen. I think after that, there was a bit of voice work left for the movie which Sushant couldn’t do.”

Dil Bechara released last year, it managed to garner 32 million views on YouTube in just 24 hours. With over 6.4 million likes, it left the trailer for Hollywood blockbuster, Avengers: Endgame in the dust, and became the most liked film trailer on the site.
