Hollywood has seen many massive burglaries take place in the past, but the number of thefts has seemingly increased in the last few years. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello also had a pretty scary experience last week when their L.A. house was broken into while they were at home. The intruders made an entry through a window, and were able to make a quick exit after seeing the couple.

On spotting Mendes and Cabello in the house, the burglars rushed out of the house quickly but managed to grab the keys to Mendes’ Mercedes SUV on their way out. That is the only thing taken by the thieves, and no arrests have been made in the case yet. The police were called for investigation immediately, and are still investigating the case.
Mendes and Cabello have been dating since 2019. Mendes recently told Entertainment Tonight that the two might be getting engaged soon. “Yeah, absolutely, I think for me it’s always been if I’m not willing to talk about that stuff, then I kind of check out a little bit, and I don’t know, I really think when you know, you know. She’s been one of my best friends since I was, like, 15 years old. I don’t know, at the same time, I know we are really young so I don’t want to jump, like, insanely fast, but I think when you find your person, you feel and you know that you have found your person,” said the singer.

Earlier, in February, Lady Gaga’s two French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, were dog-napped at gunpoint. Their dog walker, Ryan Fischer, was severely injured during the incident, and had to be admitted to a hospital for treatment. In an attempt to find her dogs, Gaga had posted on Instagram, “My heart is sick and I am praying my family will be whole again with an act of kindness. I continue to love you, Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You’re forever a hero.” The dogs were then dropped by an anonymous lady at the LAPD.
