Salman Khan ends the year by gifting his fans the first look to the long-awaited Antim: The Final Truth, featuring Aayush Sharma.

The 35-second starts off with a bulked up Aayush Sharma running in slow-mo towards the camera, with his shirt off. He then goes for a punch, which is blocked by Salman Khan, who plays a Sikh police officer, and is also shirtless. The video ends on a shot of the two men fiercely staring at each other.

Sharma, Khan’s brother-in-law and his latest protégé, stars as the antagonist in the film. This is Sharma’s second film. Sharma made his debut with Loveyatri, a Salman Khan production that showed Sharma in a boy-next-door persona. For Antim, Sharma has undergone a dramatic transformation where he reportedly gained 15 kgs.

Sharing the first look of the film, the former wrote on Instagram, “Mehnat khoon paseena maangati hai par badle mein bahut kuch de jaati hai… Antim ke safar ki shubh shuruaat (Hard work demands blood and sweat but gives a lot in return. The happy journey of Antim begins.). #Gratitude #AntimFirstLook @beingsalmankhan @maheshmanjrekaronline @skfilmsofficial @hiteshmodakofficial.”

Earlier this month, Sharma shared the look of Salman as a Sikh cop, walking to the sets of Antim: The Final Truth in costume. “Antim Begins .. #BhaisAntimFirstLook #AntimTheFinalTruth @beingsalmankhan,” he wrote.

Antim: The Final Truth, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, is Salman’s first collaboration with his brother-in-law. Talking about the film, a source had told Mumbai Mirror, “Salman plays a no-nonsense Sikh cop who is on a mission to end gang-wars and land mafia in his area of jurisdiction. After wrapping up his action thriller Radhe in October, in which he sports a clean shaven look, he took time off to grow a beard.”
