Ranveer Singh celebrated his 37th birthday yesterday and his favourite director, Rohit Shetty made sure he gifted him something amazing. Post their 2018 blockbuster Simmba, the two will be reuniting for Cirkus. Sharing a new look from their upcoming film, Shetty posted a new still featuring Singh in a fresh avatar.

Singh looks handsome as ever in the latest poster. Dressed in a black retro ensemble, he can be seen donning a moustache and a sleek hairdo. He is holding electric wires in his hands with current flowing through his arms in the picture. The picture sure makes you wonder what the film will look like.

Talking more about the film, Rohit Shetty directed Cirkus also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde and Varun Sharma in key roles. The film is set in the 1960s era, also marking Singh’s first double-role of his career. 

Backed by Reliance Entertainment and T-series, Cirkus is all set to hit theatres on Christmas 2022. Ranveer Singh also has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and Dharmendra besides director Shankar’s next, the official remake of the Tamil blockbuster film Anniyan.
