Let’s admit it, even though Baahubali was not the greatest story ever told in Indian cinema, it was produced really well. It gave Prabhas (whom we wish a really Happy Birthday) more fame than he could have ever imagined.
In an interview with India Today, Prabhas revealed what he felt when the final shoot was over,”I was rather emotional. We had all embarked on a journey, making the director’s vision our own. There was too much uncertainty about whether the film would work since we didn’t have any reference to fall back on. But we knew all of us had to give our 100 per cent. After such a long spell of being involved with Baahubali, it was suddenly over one day. It was deeply overwhelming.”
The film’s popularity inspired several products ranging from posters to T-shirts. In the west, merchandise of movies like Harry Potter and Star Wars do really well, and it was only fair to have something like that in India as well.
So without further ado, let’s take a look at some cool Baahubali inspired merchandise and where to buy them.
