It’s been three decades since Pixar began gifting us with beautiful movies but for the first time, the studio has released a short film with a lead gay character. The animation titan’s film, Out features a guy named Greg who is preparing to move in with his boyfriend, Manuel into a big-city apartment.
However, Greg is still closeted and has to deal with the surprise visit of his parents who turn up to help him pack.
That’s not all – in a Freaky Friday-esque moment, Greg and his dog exchange souls.
“With some help from his precocious pup and a little bit of magic,” the film teases, “Greg might learn that he has nothing to hide.”
