The countdown to witness the magic of the blockbuster director-actor pair, Faruk Kabir and Vidyut Jamwal begins now. Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha is slated to be released in theatres on June 17th. A follow-up to the 2020 action-thriller Khuda Haafiz, the upcoming movie features Vidyut Jammwal as Sameer, a man who races against time to rescue his kidnapped wife Nargis, played by Shivaleeka Oberoi, from flesh traders. 

Jammwal took to Twitter to share the release date of the sequel. The movie is produced by Panorama Studios. “Witness the #AgniPariksha of Sameer & Nargis in #KhudaHaafizChapterllAgniPariksha. Releasing in theatres on June 17, 2022,” the actor wrote as he shared the poster of the film.

Faruk Kabir said, “From day one, I had an instant synergy with Vidyut Jamwal. And the same is reflected on the screen that appeals to the mass audience. I am overwhelmed by the response right now, and I am sure the cine-goers will enjoy ‘Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2’ even more than its prequel.”

The sequel has been described as an “intense love story” between Sameer and Nargis.

Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha is presented by Zee Studios, Cinergy, and Panorama Studios. Mithoon and Vishal Mishra are the music composers and Irshad Kamil has penned the lyrics.
