Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt fans are eagerly waiting for the official announcement of the big wedding. The couple has stayed silent but the actress’s family has been sharing some inside details of the Ranbir-Alia wedding.
On Sunday, Alia’s half-brother Rahul Bhatt spoke about the family’s demand from the security agency regarding the bouncers needed for the wedding. A few days ago, Alia’s uncle Robin Bhatt had confirmed that she would get married to Ranbir at his home on April 14th.
It is said wedding that will happen ‘sometimes’ this week, and paparazzi accounts have been sharing videos of the actors’ decked-up homes. Rahul Bhatt, Alia’s brother spoke about the security arrangements being made for the wedding. In an interview with Aaj Tak, he said.
“Yusuf Bhai has taken over the security of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding. He has Mumbai’s best security force – the 9/11 agency. He has been hired for the same. Around 200 bouncers have been called from this agency. Ten boys from my team will also be sent. They wanted that the personality of the guards should be good and everyone looks impressive. They must be diplomatic, speak English, be polite and non-smokers.”
Rahul Bhatt has confirmed that only 28 guests would attend the wedding, and the guest list mainly consists of close family members. He added that the wedding party would take a bus to Chembur with security. Chembur is where Ranbir’s house Vastu is situated, which has been finalized as the wedding venue.
Are Ranbir-Alia Going To Be Wearing Sabyasachi?
Amid wedding rumours, popular Bollywood paparazzi accounts posted a video of spotted a Sabyasachi bag making its way to Ranbir’s residence.
Several reports claim that Alia will be wearing a pink lehenga for the wedding, and Manish Malhotra is designing the dupatta for the outfit.th
Ranbir and Alia will be hosting two grand receptions on the April 16th and 17th at the Taj in Colaba, Mumbai. Multiple sources have claimed that rooms have already been booked for selected guests.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gauri Shinde, Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, and Varun Dhawan are among the star-studded guest list.
