In a half-minute video shared by the Vyjayanthi Movies, we can see him in army fatigues for his next, yet unnamed release. Posters for the same were also released. The film is a love saga set around a war in the 60s.
The video wishes Lieutenant Ram a happy birthday.
Sharing the first look poster and the glimpse of Dulquer, the makers tweeted: “Our extraordinary man… Happy Birthday ‘Lieutenant’ RAM, @dulQuer.”
Director Hanu also took to Twitter, and flattered Dulquer for putting ‘sheer hard work’ into the project. “Happy Birthday Ram a.k.a. @dulQuer! You’ve poured life into this character with your sheer hardwork. May you shine brighter!” read the tweet. He also shared the aforementioned video.
Surprised, the star thanked the film’s team and wrote: “Thank you for the lovely surprise you guys. Here’s a poster of my next Telugu project with Hanu Raghavapudi. It has been a great learning experience shooting for this one across India and can’t wait for you guys to watch it on screen.”
More wishes came from stars such as Prithviraj Sukumaran. The two are good friends, so Prithviraj took to Instagram with this adorable photo of the two together. The producer-director called him “The coolest dude and the nicest guy rolled into one.”
Nazriya Nazim Fahadh posted this endearing birthday wish on her Instagram.
On the screen front, the actor is awaiting the release of his highly anticipated biographical crime thriller, Kurup, although his role may not be pivotal. Manoj Bajpayee, Sobhita Dhulipala, Indrajith Sukumaran, Sunny Wayne, Shine Tom Chacko, are also a part of the project. He also has Salute and Hey Sinamika in the works.
