Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been headlining the news ever since his arrest in the drug case. The star kid who has been in NCB’s custody for a few days, has been alleged to be consuming and selling drugs on the Mumbai-Goa cruise. New revelations are being made every day in the case and NCB has compared the whole scenario to Sherlock Holmes.

NCB told the Court that the case has become more like Agatha Christie and Sherlock Holmes novels. Special Public Prosecutor Advait Sethna on Tuesday (October 6) told the court, “This case has become like Agatha Christie and Sherlock Holmes novels as there is a new twist and turn at every moment”. The prosecutor said the following things while submitting the request for remand of the four accused including Aryan Khan.

Following the hearing, Khan and the other accused in the case were sent to judicial custody till October 11. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, R M Nerlikar, made the announcement for the same, adding that given the nature of the offence, further investigation is required in the case.

NCB had earlier also claimed that they had recovered ‘shocking and incriminating’ material from the WhatsApp chats of Khan and others accused. However, Aryan’s co-accused Arbaaz Merchant’s father rubbished the allegations and said that they were not guilty of any of these charges. He also opened up about the WhatsApp chats and said, “There is absolutely no WhatsApp chats related to drugs. They were not even prepared. It was just a last-minute discussion of going to the ship. They were invitees. They just decided out of the blue. He had breakfast with me and was supposed to have dinner with me.”

The NCB has allegedly seized 2.5 gm Ecstacy, 54.3 gm Mephedrone from the accused. The agency further found 2 gm Charas as well. They also claimed that in the WhatsApp chats, Khan was discussing modes of payment to be done for procurement (of drugs) and that several code names are being used.
