After surprising everyone with roles in movies like Heropanti 2, Sacred Games, and Serious Men, the actor is back with yet another amazing film. Titled Haddi, the film shows Siddiqui in a never-seen-before avatar. And well, fans are mighty impressed!

The actor took to social media to share the first motion poster of the film. Dressed as a woman, Siddiqui can be seen sitting on a chair. He has a wig on with a silver dress, heavy makeup, and dazzling jewelry making him almost unrecognizable. The film is directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma.

The film is a noir revenge drama produced by Zee Studios. Adamya Bhalla has worked in the film along with Akshat Ajay Sharma. Talking about the same, Ajay Sharma revealed, “It’s going to be a double whammy, as Haddi gives me the opportunity to collaborate with Nawazuddin. Our team is hoping that the motion poster piques the audience’s interest as we are excited to be diving deep into a new world. Can’t wait to start filming.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui added, “I have portrayed different interesting characters but Haddi is going to be a unique and special one since I will be sporting a never-seen-before look and it will also help me to push the envelope as an actor. Looking forward to starting shooting the film.” The movie’s team has reportedly begun filming. Haddi is scheduled to release in 2023.
