In an attempt to get more intimate about her mental health journey, the singer is coming up with a new documentary about her life. Titled My Mind & Me, the trailer of the documentary is out and is winning everyone’s hearts already.
The documentary talks about her battle with depression and how her mental health journey affected her work and other aspects of her life. The film highlights the need to understand the importance of mental health. The documentary is backed by Apple Tv+.
Sharing the trailer on her social media, Gomez wrote on Instagram, “Every breath, a breakthrough. In honour of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me. November 4 on @AppleTVPlus.(sic)”
The trailer made quite an impact on the viewers. “This Selena Gomez documentary is gonna break me… and her vocals in the song??? she’s about to give us her best ballad #MyMindAndMe,” wrote a user. Going by the positive reactions that the trailer has amassed so far, it is safe to assume that the film will be getting a great response too.
