Moon Knight Super Bowl trailer, perfectly timed to keep the excitement for the Disney+ show high, was unveiled today. Starring Oscar Isaac in the title role, and Ethan Hawke playing Arthur Harrow, the show will mark the actors’ MCU debuts. The first trailer of the same was unveiled a couple of days ago and now new details have been shared by the makers through the Super Bowl trailer.

The show will follow Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. He discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.

The new trailer featured new shots of Isaac in action. A few glimpses of Hawke’s powerful villain were also shown in the trailer. Keeping up the mysteriousness of Steven’s situation still intact, the trailer shows him struggling with incoherent images. You get to see a little more of Isaac’s character and will be forced to think what happens next by the end of the Moon Knight trailer.

Kevin Feige recently described Moon Knight as being ‘quite brutal’. “It’s been fun to work with Disney+ and see the boundaries shifting on what we’re able to do. There are moments [in the series] when Moon Knight is wailing on another character, and it is loud and brutal, and the knee-jerk reaction is, ‘We’re gonna pull back on this, right?'” he said in an interview with Empire Magazine.

The show also stars May Calamawy. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Grant Curtis, Brad Winderbaum, Oscar Isaac, Mohamed Diab and Jeremy Slater are the executive producers, with Trevor Waterson and Rebecca Kirsch serving as co-executive producers. Jeremy Slater is the head writer. The show will be streaming on Disney+ from March 30th, 2022.
