According to reports in Pinkvilla, the OTT platform offered the couple this whooping amount for the exclusive footage of their wedding which will happen today (December 7). The couple flew to Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan a couple of days ago with friends and family, and are currently busy with wedding rituals. The two will be getting hitched at Hotel Six Senses Barwara Fort.

A source close to the development revealed, “It’s a common trend in the west for celebrities to sell off their wedding footage and images to magazines and at times even channels, as there are a lot of fans who wish to witness all that happened in the life-changing event of their idol. The streaming giant is planning to bring in the same trend in India too and to kick off their wedding franchise, they have offered Rs 100 crore to Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.”

However, reports also suggest that because of this very lucrative deal, the couple has also got their guests to sign a NDAs so that no footage from the wedding is leaked before it get streamed on OTT. The two welcomed guests on December 6 at Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur with a special note.

“We request you to please leave your mobile phones in your respective rooms and refrain from posting pictures or using social media for any of the ceremonies and events.” The couple has also gotten secret codes in place for their 120 guests.  Earlier, a similar offer was made to Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who had refused the offer.
