Now, we’ve all heard about the Kasautii Zindagii Kay remake which has been very innovatively titled – wait for it – Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. The roles of Prerna and Anurag Basu will be essayed by Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan. Also, Shah Rukh Khan is involved in all this. How? Times Now News reports that the Bollywood actor is a promoter for the show and that he has charged a whopping Rs 8 crore for his services. The news website further reports that Khan shot four promo videos and has put in around 720 minutes of work – which means that he’s charged around Rs 1.11 lakh per minute.

In February, a report in DNA stated that Salman Khan was charging Rs 78 crore for Dus Ka Dum Season 3 which had around 26 episodes. Earlier, it was also reported that Salman had been paid Rs 11 crore per episode for the 11th season of Bigg Boss.
