Popstar Justin Beiber opened up about doing heavy drugs and battling drug abuse at the age of 19 and dealing with suicidal thoughts in an emotional Instagram post. He also spoke about being the owner of millions of dollars at an age when he wasn’t ready for such responsibility.

When it feels like trouble after trouble after trouble… you start foreseeing your day through the lenses of ‘dread’ and anticipate another bad day… Sometimes, it can even get to the point where you don’t even want to live anymore,” he wrote.

“I started doing pretty hard drugs at 19 and abused all of my relationships. I became resentful, disrespectful and angry towards women. I became distant to everyone who loved me and I was hiding behind a shell of a person that I had become,” he added.

In the post (embedded below), he also speaks about what it was like to be a world-famous 13-year-old and what it felt like to be ridiculed and ‘hated’ person at the age of 20. He also spoke about how it took him years to bounce back from his ‘terrible decisions’ and change his relationship habits’.
