Talking about working with Bachchan, Manjule told MW that he explored a different side of the actor. “I was under immense pressure as I had never worked with a superstar. But he made everything so easy. He is the humblest superstar I have come across. He never made us feel small. He used to sit with us in between the shots and never used to go to his vanity,” he quipped.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, the lyrics are by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music by Ajay-Atul. The film marks Manjule’s Bollywood directorial debut and he reunites with Sairat’s Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar in this film.
