Jason Momoa has made it clear that he stands behind his Justice League co-star Ray Fisher following his battle with Warner Bros.

Two months ago, Fisher named and shamed his director Joss Wheadon for his treatment of the cast and crew on the sets of Justice League. Fisher took to Twitter to accuse him of “gross, abusive, unprofessional and completely unacceptable” behaviour on the sets of the 2017 film.

On Twitter, Fisher wrote, “Joss Wheadon’s on-set treatment of the cast and crew of Justice League was gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. He was enabled, in many ways, by Geoff Johns and Jon Berg. Accountability>Entertainment.”

But the situation go messier this weekend, after Fisher claimed DC Films president Walter Hamada tried to silence his accusations. WB followed that up with releasing a statement insisting Fisher hasn’t cooperated with the investigator. Fisher returned with evidence showing he did speak to someone, but wasn’t interested in taking it further since he didn’t feel the investigator was impartial.

Fisher’s fight with WB and DC earned him a lot of support. But none of his co-stars backed him up, until the big man stepped up. Jason Momoa shared an image of Fisher on his Instagram story accompanied with the hashtag #IStandWithRayFisher. Fisher tweeted a screenshot of Momoa’s story and added “Accountability>Entertainment” in the caption.

Fisher does not have any upcoming movies with WB, and from the looks of it, we don’t think the studio would be keen to work with him again. But Momoa is working on Aquaman 2. Will his vocal support for Fisher affect the future of his film? We hope not.
