Hustle Starring Adam Sandler Could Be His Ticket To Winning An Oscar
Could ‘Hustle’ Finally Be The Movie That Gets Adam Sandler An Oscar? Fans Weigh In After Watching Trailer

Fans expected Adam Sandler to win an Oscar for his last film Uncut Gems as well.

It took a lot of years for Leonardo DiCaprio to bag his much-deserved Oscar, but there is still another actor that fans are waiting to be rewarded with his prestigious award. Adam Sandler, who has given numerous performances that were worth the coveted award still has zero Oscars to his name.

While many fans and the actor himself anticipated winning an Oscar for his last film – Uncut Gems, the snub disappointed everyone extremely. Sandler even went on to say, “If I don’t get it, I’m going to fucking come back and do one again that is so bad on purpose just to make you all pay,” he told Howard Stern. “That’s how I get them,” he added.

And months after making this statement, the actor is back with another film titled Hustle. The film revolves around a washed-up NBA scout, Stanley Beren, who is looking for his ticket back to the big league. He is accompanied by Bo Cruz (portrayed by real-life Utah Jazz forward Juancho Hernangómez), and the story is of them resolving their personal problems.

Now the question arises whether Sandler made the film as a joke, just as he stated earlier, or is this going to be yet another riveting performance by the star. Interestingly, the trailer suggests that this film might just be his ticket to bagging an Oscar finally.

The trailer even impressed fans who are convinced that the actor will bag an Oscar for this film sure. The Netflix original is as real as Uncut Gems, and Sandler is looking even better than he was before. Fans flooded Twitter with comments on the trailer, hoping that the actor gets his due after all.
