Actress Nafisa Ali, who is a close friend of the singer, however, quashed the rumours, revealing that the O Sanam singer is very much alive and healthy.

“I chatted with Lucky Ali 2-3 times today. He is fine. He does not have COVID. In fact, he has antibodies. He is busy planning his music and concerts. We were talking about virtual concerts happening and all such things. He is on his farm in Bengaluru and his family is there with him. I just spoke to him, everybody is fine,” the actress told TOI.

While Lucky Ali has been away from the limelight for quite some time now, he recently was all over social media when a video of him singing O Sanam, in a non-formal setting, surfaced online. The singer had been spending his time in Goa, and was often spotted singing for his fans at different venues.

His viral ‘O Sanam‘ video brought back many memories from the time he used to make music for films. He managed to make his listeners feel every emotion through his songs, and even today, his melodies are often crooned by the people.
