Cristiano Ronaldo has announced he is expecting his second set of twins as his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez is pregnant.

He took to Instagram to share the news with the world. He expressed a heart full of love in a joyous selfie with Rodriguez and an ultrasound image.

In the second image of the carousel, his children look equally delighted at the news.

The sports prodigy would be welcoming children number five and six; he currently has four children.

The first time he became a father was back in 2010. His firstborn was his son Cristiano Jr., born June 17 in the United States. He was, however, taken to Spain to be brought up by his father. The identity of the mother is not publicly revealed, as per an agreement with her.  Jr’s family nickname is Cristianinho, which means ‘little Cristiano’.

He had his first pair of twins on June 8, 2017. He had his daughter Eva and his son Mateo in the US via surrogacy. The identity of the surrogate, again, remains a mystery.

He was also blessed with his youngest at the moment, Alana, that very year. He had her on November 12 with his current girlfriend Georgina Rodríguez.

The mothers of his first three children are not known to the public, only Rodríguez is. Ronaldo has been in a relationship with Spanish model Georgina Rodríguez, a former shop assistant.

He has also expressed the possibility of wedding bells in their future. ‘We’ll be [married] one day for sure,” he said on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories. ‘It’s my mum’s dream as well. So, one day. Why not?’
