Wedding bells are ringing in the Motwani household, as actress Hansika Motwani is all set to tie the knot towards the end of this year. As far as her relationship with Sohael Khaturiya is concerned, the actress made it official on November 2 by posting throwback snaps from a dreamy proposal in Paris. Reliable sources suggest Motwani will tie the know on December 4 at the Mundota Fort and Palace, Jaipur.
That said, is an Indian celebrity wedding ever complete without some controversies? Certainly not in Motwani’s case, as a Reddit user shared a rather saucy reveal on the platform: Motwani had reportedly attended Khaturiya’s previous wedding six years ago! A video on YouTube, which is a teaser of her beau’s former wedding, testifies to the actress’ presence at the venue.

As per rumors, Khaturiya’s then-wife Rinky Bajaj and Motwani were best friends. Khaturiya allegedly cheated on his ex-wife with Motwani and they’re all set to get married now. What’s interesting to note is that the former couple had conjured up a popular wedding hashtag named ‘Rinksoh’, which continues to exist online, thanks to a few ‘happily ever after’ posts. Awkward? Fast forward to 2011, Motwani forayed into the south Indian industry, where she now predominately works in Tamil and Telugu language films. Her recent film Maha was released this year, while a few other projects namely Partner, 105 Minutes, My Name Is Shruthi, and Rowdy Baby are in the pipeline. Quite like most celebs, she has also jumped on the OTT bandwagon and will be next seen in two projects, titled Nasha and MY3.
