The 76th annual Golden Globes saw celebrities turn up in Los Angeles and boy, did they slay the red carpet. While stars like Molly Sims and Darren Criss chose florals, The Good Place Jameela Jamil star chose to wear jeans under her stunning gown to protect herself from the cold.

 

Everyone’s favourite, Timothee Chalamet turned up in a glittery sequin harness and naturally, sent social media into a meltdown. While Alfonso Cuaron’s Roma and Bohemian Rhapsody won two awards each, Green Book led the roost with three awards.

 

Sandra Oh scripted history as the first actress of Asian descent to win more than one Golden Globe. While this is a massive cause for celebration, it is also a reminder of how long it has taken for establishments to recognise the achievements of people of colour.
