Ananya Panday might say that she is no more bothered by trolls, but she did not know what was coming for her. The actress became a source for Farah Khan to troll her father, Chunky Panday, online. Khan questioned Panday’s acting skills and stated that she overacts.

It all started with a video where Panday is seen introducing herself only to be interrupted by Khan. She exclaims, “Ananya, Ananya, you have won the National Award for Khaali Peeli.” Seeing Panday all excited, Khan breaks her bubble and says, “I am joking” in Chunky Panday’s character Aakhri Pasta style.

The vidoe was captioned by Panday as, “50 rupay kaat overacting ke. Always the funnest time with Farah Khan.” Chunky Panday could not help but drop a comment on the post and said, “Farah you should get the award for overacting in this video.” Khan was quick to reply and say “Apni beti ko sambhal pehle.” All in god humour, of course.

Workwise, Ananya Panday will be next seen in Liger. She will be sharing screen space with Vijay Deverakonda for the first time. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film is scheduled to be released on August 25 this year. The actress also has Zoya Akhtar’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Gourav Adarsh. The film is scheduled for release in 2023.

As for Farah Khan, she is currently hosting a reality show The Khatra Khatra Show which streams on Voot.
