Priyanka Chopra is back home! Precisely 3 years later, LA-based PeeCee posted a story on Instagram about her visit; and ever since, fans just cannot keep calm. This India trip also marks the global icon’s first visit after the birth of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

As soon as PCJ landed in Mumbai, fans flocked in and around the airport to catch a glimpse of her. Mrs. Nick Jonas was spotted in a blue denim outfit with nude makeup and open hair. Interestingly enough, something led to the buzz gaining momentum. Well, you guessed it right. It’s related to speculations about her having some unfinished business with (an alleged) ex-Shah Rukh Khan, who celebrates his birthday tomorrow.

Just a day ago, a video of PC with SRK resurfaced online (of an advertisement they did together in 2001) where SRK is seen entering a place full of media and fans. The commercial then transports viewers to a scene where he spots Chopra and gives her an autograph on her palm.  

However, according to reliable sources, Chopra-Jonas is in Mumbai to launch an eponymous line of shampoos. While there’s no smoke without fire, here’s hoping that reliable sources are stating the truth and PC is here just for work.

On the other hand, turns out, our Desi Girl isn’t too different from the rest of us. Upon reaching home, the actress reportedly plopped on her couch and began streaming Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan with a packet of Cheetos. Well, she even posted about this on social media! Although it was earlier reported that her daughter too will accompany her, paps couldn’t spot the little one.

A few days ago, PeeCee shared snaps from the Diwali celebration at her LA residence. Her mother Madhu Chopra was also present among the guestlist of close friends and family. Priyanka wore an ivory-colored outfit and the family of three color-coordinated their dresses. After all, it was little Maltie’s first festival! 

On the professional front, the actress will be seen next in the movie Jee Le Zaraa alongside Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the movie revolves around an all-girls road trip. The release date is yet to be announced. That aside, fans would also be able to see her in Amazon Prime Video’s Citadel and a romantic drama film named It’s All Coming Back To Me.
