In Jab Harry Met Sejal, there’s a song called Hawayein that has been shot inside a train. While watching that song, we wondered about how so many of SRK films have train scenes. Let’s take a look at some of them. 

From meeting Kajol in a train, to finally holding her hand while she runs to catch him, DDLJ uses train as a vital part of the plot. 

Who can forget the foot-tapping Chaiyya Chaiyya song from Dil Se. The song wasn’t just groovy, it also had great lyrics which is rare to find in dance numbers. 

There’s an extremely emotional scene in Swades where Shah Rukh Khan sees a small boy selling water for pennies. The scene makes SRK realize that his services are not needed in NASA, but in India, where people are battling much more significant problems. 

The entire film is based on a train journey which leads to a lot of confusion, and helps SRK find love. There’s even a throwback scene which pays tribute to the infamous DDLJ train sequence. 

Raees has a scene where after being ripped off in Mumbai, he returns to Gujarat and eats biryani on the way in a train. Additionally, he even promoted the film by travelling in a train.
