After setting the rumour mill abuzz with speculations of a reported affair with cricketer Hardik Pandya, Esha Gupta has come out to quash all such reports. The Rustom recently claimed that she is still single despite all this ‘interest’ in her ‘love life.’

She posted a story on her Instagram, with white text, on a plain black background, reading, “So much interest in my love life…. Leaving me still single.”

Speculations were rife that cricketer Hardik Pandya and Bollywood actress Esha Gupta are currently in a relationship. The two met at a party and hit it off immediately.

“Right now, both of them are hush-hush about their budding romance. They want to see how things turn out. They make their lunch and dinner plans secretively and want to avoid the public glare. Currently, they are in the phase where they are getting to know each other,” a source told DNA.

As for Hardik Pandya, Team India’s star all-rounder was purportedly dating another Bollywood actress, Elli AvrRam. However, it seems the budding romance hit the rock after Elli apparently wanted a commitment. 

We were looking forward to another cricket-Bollywood love story blossom, after successful ones like Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma, Zaheer Khan-Sagarika Ghatge and Harbhajan Singh-Geeta Basra, but Esha seems to have put an end to these rumours. For how long, it remains to be seen though.
