Emma Stone is now a mother to a baby girl. The Oscar winner gave birth to her first child with husband Dave McCary on March 28. While the couple has not yet confirmed the news, People shared the happy news with Stone’s fans, and informed that the reps have not yet commented on the news as well.

The La La Land actress has been very private about her relationship with McCary, and also managed to keep her pregnancy a very private affair. The couple tied the knot earlier in 2020 after announcing their engagement on social media back in December 2019. While the actress is not on social media, McCary also is pretty inactive on the platform, so Stone’s fans will have to wait for the actress’ reps to talk about the arrival of her baby girl. 

US Weekly had confirmed in January that Stone was pregnant. “She seems very happy and very excited about becoming a mother — she’s constantly oohing and cooing. She looks great, she looks healthy, she’s glowing. She’s been keeping up with friends and work lately, she’s always staying active and gets her daily exercise in,” the source revealed.

Back in 2018, Stone had also talked about how her desire to have kids evolved with age. “My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older,” she said at the time. “I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I was like, ‘I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids.’ And then I got older and I was like, ‘I really want to get married, I really want to have kids’,” Stone told Elle. Stone and McCary, a former segment director on Saturday Night Live, first met when she arrived on the sets of SNL as a host in 2016. They were linked as a couple in October 2017 for the first time.
