SRK created a stir by posing with a Real Madrid jersey recently. Find out what clubs other filmstars support…

To the dismay of many FC Barcelona supporters in his fan army, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan flaunted his love for Real Madrid CF with a customised jersey that arrived at his doorstep on Monday. But he’s not the only star in the industry to have strong footballing preferences.

Ranbir Kapoor – Barcelona

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor might be enjoying his days of singlehood of late, but the love for Barca remains a constant in his life. He is a frequent visitor at the Nou Camp, along with Arjun Kapoor, and even has his share of fan moments with many of the Catalan club’s players.

Ranveer Singh – Arsenal

The vibrant and effervescent Bollywood star had eccentric ways of revealing his club colours to the world too. He was spotted wearing an Arsenal away shirt with his name and the cheeky kit number 69 printed on the back.

Varun Dhawan – Manchester United

Are you guys watching and are the#MUFC supporters excited about the kickoff? Lets go reds!!!

The Dilwaale actor’s sports preferences are all over his Twitter account. He gasps like a schoolboy while interacting with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on social media and is seen cheering for the Old Trafford outfit every now and then.

John Abraham – Liverpool

Along with being the owner of a football team in the Indian Super League (ISL) and an active ambassador for promoting football in India, the brawny actor is also a proud Red. Given his friendship with Cristiano Ronaldo, he occasionally roots for Real Madrid as well.

Abhishek Bachchan – Chelsea

Junior Bachchan, who is also an ISL club-owner, has been a long-time supporter of the Stamford Bridge Blues. It’s hard to ignore his grin as he posed for pictures with Chelsea legends like Didier Drogba and John Terry, in the past.

Alia Bhatt – Arsenal

Bollywood’s ladies have their club loyalties as well. The Dear Zindagi actress shouted out to Arsenal great Thierry Henry upon his arrival in India and publicly asked fashion photographer and fellow gooner Atul Kasbekar to fetch her an autographed jersey.

Esha Gupta – Arsenal

Emirates seems to be Tinseltown’s favourite soccer destination as Esha Gupta also dons the London team’s colours. During one of her trips to the English capital, she took a tour of the club’s stadium and has documented every bit of her chronicle on social media.
