Blackpink, BIllie Eilish, Ariana Grande and other artists from the music industry have launched branded face masks, through brand management company Bravado. The entire profits benefits MusiCares, an initiative founded by the Recording Academy that recently launched a coronavirus relief fund.
Additionally, artists like Justin Bieber, The Weeknd and Conan Grey are taking part in this initiave.
All masks are made of black cloth and printed with a graphic specific to the musician. For example, Grande’s features an emoji teardrop, referencing her song “No Tears Left to Cry.” The masks cost $15 (Rs 1129) and are washable and reusable.
“I’m humbled and grateful to work with artists and partners who are passionate and driven to deliver a program that supports those that need it most during this unprecedented time. This initiative will continue to grow and evolve thanks to the hard work from everyone here at Bravado and UMG along with our artists across the globe.” Bravado CEO Mat Vlasic said in a statement.
