Aryan Khan got no relief in the drug case after his bail plea was rejected by the court for the third time. The star kid, who was summoned by the NCB for the case two weeks ago, was shifted to a Mumbai Jail after the court’s order. The last plea was rejected by the magistrate who corresponded with the anti-drugs agency that his court did not have the jurisdiction to decide.

The next hearing in the case will take place tomorrow on October 13. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has been appealing in court that no drugs or any material to suggest a conspiracy had been found on Khan and he could not be dragged with the other accused.

NCB has debated that if they release Aryan Khan, it can harm the investigation as he could tamper with evidence and try to persuade the witnesses. They also claimed that Khan needs to be questioned along with others arrested in the case to get a clearer vision about what transpired on the cruise.

The anti-drugs agency had requested the court to extend Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s custody till Friday for more time to file their reply. The court ordered them to get the reply by Wednesday morning instead. Lawyer Amit Desai had earlier requested the court to hear Khan’s request for bail on October 11. No drugs were found on him, the lawyer stated. “The offence involves only a one-year sentence. For this child, seven days is not suitable,” Mr Desai had told the court.

Shah Rukh Khan’s driver also reached the NCB’s office on the evening of October 9 for questioning. They recorded his statement following which he was allowed to leave, an official revealed. NCB also carried out multiple raids in Mumbai’s suburbs. They also arrested one more person, identified as Shivraj Ramdas, from Santacruz on October 8. So far, 19 people have been arrested in the case, including Aryan Khan.
