Apple TV+ Has Dropped The First Trailer Of Mythic Quest Season 3 Starring Rob McElhenney: Here’s How The Internet Reacted
‘Mythic Quest’ Season 3 Promises Rivalry And A Lot Of Joe Manganiello

Expect jokes about the metaverse, video game to movie adaptations and more!

After a cliffhanger-esque ending of season 2, Apple TV+’ Mythic Quest is back, promising a rivalry and a lot of Joe Manganiello. The third season will kick off on November 11 on the streaming platform and will consist of 10 episodes, released on a weekly schedule, exclusively on Apple TV+

The trailer starts with Ian (played by Rob McElhenney) comparing himself to Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and the like, seemingly taking a dig at Apple’s famous Think Different campaign. The new episodes will also dive into the big issues in game development (albeit in a humorous way), including crunch culture and adapting playable video game experience into movies.

This is where Joe Manganiello’s cameo comes in, looking like he’s portraying Ian in motion capture. Here’s what the official synopsis reads like, “Mythic Quest follows a group of video game developers tasked with building worlds, molding heroes, and creating legends, but the most hard-fought battles don’t occur in the game — they happen in the office.”

Along with Rob McElhenney and Charlotte Nicdao, the series also stars David Hornsby, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, Jessie Ennis, Imani Hakim, and Naomi Ekperigin. Meanwhile, along with Manganiello the guest star for season 3 also includes Lindsey Kraft and Casey Sander.
